" I spoke with a young Lady by the name of Jamie. I explained my situation, which was that I had fans that were wobbling and needed to be tightened up, to which she said that the job could be done for $200 plus $15 per bracket if they were required. We agreed on a date and time, but unfortunately, my wife suffered a heart attack on the 3rd of June, and we had to reschedule...not a problem, this job was put off until June 27th. Let me first say that the technician who came out was a very professional and knowledgeable. Here is when the problem began. I was told by the technician that the ceiling fans come with their own brackets and that the bracket could not be replaced, meaning that we would have to buy new fans and remount them. The dispatcher (Jamie) misled me with information that was not accurate. I told her that I would buy the 2 fans so the job could be done correctly, well, now I need to pay the an additional 350 to do the job went from 200 to 420. Be careful with this co."
