"Michael is honest, willing to fix appliances other major appliance repair companies won t work on, order parts and go the extra mile to help his customer. I would highly recommend this polite man to service your appliances. He checked my washer and dryer, replaced my ice maker, replaced a sensor in the oven and repaired a sunroom heater."

"I had Nate out because I smelled something electrical burning when I ran my 5 year old LG washing machine. He was running behind but called me to let me know. I appreciated the call. He was very considerate and respectful to my husband and I. We ran a short cycle but of course it wasnâ t going to smell with a repairman there. He looked all around the washer, climbed behind it, took off the back, and looked all over for burn marks or something melted. He even tried sniffing for a burn smell. He found nothing. He did explain why I may have overloaded the washer in a bulky cycle so I will watch it from now on. We were only charged a trip charge and he even APOLOGIZED for not being able to find a problem but he said he wasnâ t going to make up something just to get more money. Itâ s hard to find someone honest nowadays! I would definitely recommend Nate to others. I would hire him again."

"This person arrived on time and solved our Samsung Dryer repair ....I felt the price was on the high end ($273.00) but what turned me off was his démineur..I don t know if he had a long day before he got to me but I found him to somewhat cold and very impersonal and although I m very glad this gentleman solved our issues I also was just waiting for him to leave.I do recommend his services but there was zero customer feel good"

"Mason was very prompt and professional with the work I requested of him. Have a large professional grade clothes washer that stopped spinning, he was able to diagnose the issue got it fixed! Just had to wait on a special part to come in and he had me back up and washing."

"They were very fast to respond to the call and set up an appointment. The repairman was here first thing on the morning of the appointment and was very good and had us up and running very quickly. This was the easiest repair I have ever dealt with. Great job."

"Fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it. Chris walked me through testing and told me where problem most likely was without having to pull dishwasher out. Now we can confidently put money into new washer instead of spending lots on repair for an old one."

"Two thumbs up ?? If I had another thumb I’d put that one up too! Jeff is such a knowledgeable professional, and he is a straight shooter. He walked us through our refrigerator repair and explained things about it to us that have been a mystery since we bought it. He even gave us some tips for how to make our dishwasher work better! Great guy, great experience. I’ll call him any time we need appliance repair or even advice for buying new appliances. Thanks Jeff!!"

"Jo promptly contacted us, arrived in a timely manner. Found a part and repaired the refrigerator in a timely manner. He was polite, courteous, dependable. Would highly recommend."

"Explained everything. Saved me money on repair. The cost for just coming out was a little high."
