I had tried others and they were supposed to be top rated and high end Pros. But the facts are that This company came to my home and asked me what I want verses what's needed and my budget for completion. I sent a message to them and was contacted the next day and from that point onward everything just went better and better for me. I am a 100 % disabled Veteran That also recently was diagnosed with a very rare cancer. No one understood my needs and because to them my work need was to small or they weren't flexible with me at any point as to not even give me an itemized bill to present to the VA for some monetary help. One company wanted to charge me $250 extra just to write the information to submit. Not James, he was totally respectful and appreciated my Service to our Great Nation. By far this company was the Best hands down!"

Three hours of high-pressure sales tactics in my own home, even after I repeatedly stated I needed to discuss it with my husband. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."
