"I hired Kelley Masonry to waterproof my leaking chimney/roof. Brian Kelley re-flashed, re-pointed, and re-shingled the roof after installing a water and ice shield and re-shingled the side of house where flashing had to be installed. He also sprayed the brick with a waterproof solvent. He repaired a cracked crown. Quite a bit of work, and he did an outstanding job at a competitive price, and cleaned up every day before he left. Brian was always on time and worked extremely hard all day long. This 2nd generation mason was a great hire and I plan on having him back to install a walkway. Thanks, Brian!"

Everything was clearly explained beforehand, with an eye on keeping costs under control while not compromising the necessary quality of the job. I was made aware of possible unforeseen complications that could arise once the work started, but none of these happened and there were no additions or overages to the price quoted. Once the work began they finished promptly on schedule and cleaned up as soon as possible. The owner, Loiue Ranieri, is terrific guy, friendly and easy to work with. In fact, he kindly did a couple of minor non-chimney house repairs for me at no cost. We’d been referred to Ranieri by a carpenter who’d recommended them, and we’re very glad he did. "It went smoothly from contract to finish. I had preferred an earlier start date for job, however, Nate Sondrini came started when promised and finished in a timely way. Workmen were neat with storing supplies and any trash- no cigarette butts in the garden. Job was exact and roof was tight. My chimney's were wanting care, so Sondrini pointed , repaired and suggested a cap for our smaller one sending me digital pictures of caps to choose. . When there were some questions about their condition, or the repair he sent me pictures by phone of what he was referring to so I had a visual during the discussion. Very happy with responsiveness for administrative end of job and satisfied with quality of workmanship. Pricing was fair - he came in around, or slightly lower than, other bids for this job. Will be using them to do another repair on my roof this summer! <br />"
