Did extras, like rerouting air duct so we could have our recessed medicine cabinets. Included plumbing, electrical, framing, relocated window (outdoor siding redone), widening outer wall for increased insulation for pipes. Fixed access hole in basement ceiling and installed water shut off valve to bathroom. Installed extra electrical outlet for wife's hair dryer and a backsplash. "Mr. Hoover was in and out.  Only worked about 3 - 4 hours himself, and then last two days had another gentleman all day working.
I don't think he realized the amount of wood work that needed painted.  But very satisfied with the work and would hire him again.
