They arrived on time and were very professional during the home assessment process. We agreed to the proposal and set up a time for installation the following week. Throughout the whole process CRM was communicating with us on progress. There was a placement issue for one of our mini-splits and one of CRM’s Carpentry team members came out and opened a wall and patched/painted like they were never there. Super friendly team members and very knowledgeable on green energy and home heating efficiency. At the end of the project they sat us down and taught us how to use the phone app for our GE mini split unit. They helped us fill out of MassSave rebate form as well! "Young man who came to do the job told us that they sent him to 3 wrong houses before they found ours. He proceeded to unclog the drain in the basement using the mechanical drain. Took him maybe an hour to clear it and also ran our sinks and toilets to make sure we wouldn?t have another problem. The young man left our house, however proceeded to sit in his running van, parked in my parking spot. I had no issues with this service until I saw the bill. $1000 to snake a drain for an hour? When we inquired about the bill they told us that their rate is 300$ an hour and that the job took 3 hours. In my opinion, if it takes you 3 hours to snake a drain, then someone should be fired or retrained at their job. My assumption is that their scheme involved sending this young man to multiple wrong houses and him sitting in my driveway for a prolong period of time, so that they could charge us for 3 hours of ?work.? "
