"I am a long time customer who pays Rodenheiser a monthly fee which covers annual maintenance and some priority in the event of any necessary repair required. I had an a/c compressor failure. I had to wait 3 weeks to have a technician visit and tell me that the unit’s motor was dead and the compressor needed replacement. Then, after ordering a new compressor, which was available within 3-4 days I was scheduled for an installation 3+ weeks later. I had to complain strenuously and threaten to cancel the order to get the installation moved forward to within 10 days. Apparently being a long time customer and paying a monthly fee for better service means absolutely nothing. The installation went well. Not sure about future relationship."

"This Company is terrific. When the damage to the chimney was found during the cleaning we were shown pictures which clearly showed the damage. We asked for an estimate and it was send quickly and was a very good price. The team showed up on time and not only were they professional they were very personable. When done they explained what was done and actually showed us what had been taken down so we could see how bad the old chimney had gotten. We have now found our chimney company for future cleanings and repairs. Highly recommend."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Excellent job by Eddie. He wasn't sure at first that he would be able to clear one of the drains, due to the age/type of pipes in the house, but his efforts were successful. I would have no hesitation in using this company for such services in the future, or in recommending it to others. In fact, my regular plumber had previously been unsuccessful in clearing the bathtub drain, so all the more credit to Eddie. Note that this work was performed as part of a special offer that I received in an e-mail from Angie's List. "I had taken the day off from work to accommodate the chimney sweep’s schedule. Which I was happy to do. However, I received a call at the time of the appointment indicating that the chimney sweep’s truck was broken down and there was no other service person in the area to service us. I’m a reasonable person and understand mechanical issues can happen. However, it was disappointing that I was given earlier notice. We rescheduled and the second service call was on time with a courtesy call ahead of time. There were three people who came to the house. One who appeared to be the team leader, was very courteous and seemed to be doing all the work. The other two were busy on their phones in the truck and only appeared to help after the lead service person corralled them to do their jobs. Both arrived at the door begrudgingly and looked very annoyed that they had to do anything at all. Again, the lead person did most of the work, did all the talking, cleaned up after himself, showed me the work he had performed and completed all the paperwork. So all in all they did the service requested. It’s just too bad the two helpers weren’t nearly as dedicated or congenial as the lead person. I share these details as a business owner myself and knowing the challenges of staffing and (right or wrong) how they are perceived by customers."

Steve called me promptly, showed up on time to look at the situation, and gave me an estimate the next day. I decided to have Steve do this job. He coordinated the time with my agent  and got the job done when I was out of town. He also informed me about the process through email. I was pleasantly  surprised when I cam back. The cabana and the hot tub were gone. The site was clean. Any savagable items were neatly set aside. It has been a great experience to work with Steve throug the whole process. When they knew an earlier appointment they called me and asked me if it was OK, and when the appointment is confirmed you get a link that shows you exactly when the tech is showing up and the location of the truck.
