"He came promptly to clear the kitchen drain. He hesitated at first when he saw how old the drain was and its condition. He feared the snake would crack it wide open. But we came to an agreement that he would do his best to clear the drain with no guarantees on his part. He was able to unclog it in short order. He then explained how he would replace it with new plumbing. We will probably ask him back when we are ready to do the work."

"We have an unfinished basement and anytime we had a heavy rain, water would come in through the bulkhead.  It never was on the stairs, was coming in from cracks in the foundation around the bulkhead.  Rick called me immediately after I submitted an estimate request on the website.  He knew we were anxious to get it resolved and he came right out to look at it.  Also had the "basement smell" down there and he explained due to cracks in the concrete floor, vapors were coming in.  Rick did an excellent job.  I waited until we had another heavy rain before I submited this review.  I'm thrilled to report there is no more water coming in and my basement actually smells nice now!
