"I called on a Monday a.m. after the most reviewed local provider didn't even return my call.  They said they could be out very soon and arrived within 90 minutes.  They were very professional and courteous.  Replaced the springs with slightly heavier ones, which I appreciate.  They worked promptly but it was obvious they were very thorough and very neat.  They made sure I operated all of the doors and was happy with the result before they wrapped up.  Indeed, all of the doors now operate much quieter and more smoothly.  I'm sure this will help prolong lives of the openers.  Prices are not "bargain" but I've dealt with a lot of garage door issues on other houses and with several local companies.  None were ever as prompt and professional so I deem the somewhat high cost to be the price of 1st class service.  It's the old "get what you pay for" adage.  I've given up on bargain services after a lifetime of experience.  I'm satisfied and I recommend them highly. "
