Get matched with top deck or porch build or replacers in Leonardtown, MD

"Smoothly. They rebuilt the stair supports and were able to reuse the decking boards so that it would remain matched to the rest of the porch and decking. They warned me that they could not guarantee the reuse of the boards until the stairs were demolished and I appreciated the care they took removing the boards. Felt that I was given an accurate assessment of the extent of the job and they completed it in excellent time."

"KP Contractors did a fabulous job building my new deck. David & Freddie are two very experienced installers and very meticulous in their work. Thanks for the great work guys! I highly recommend this company."

"We’ve worked with Berith Builders on two separate projects now - a screened in porch and recently a bathroom renovation. We couldn’t be more pleased with their work! Over the years, this company stands out as the best we’ve worked with. This company and their team of professionals are trustworthy, reliable, conscientious, hardworking and a pleasure to work with. Deane is a great communicator, and answers any questions or concerns, keeping us informed about the process along the way. They go out of their way to make sure you’re satisfied. Tony, Deane’s son, is also an excellent communicator, and makes sure the job is going smoothly. They go above and beyond, providing a little extra unexpected service. The cleaning service and the door on our electrical panel was nice a surprise. We appreciate the thoughtfulness, and the great work! We highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them again."

"We are pleased overall with the composite deck we received. It took a little longer than was initially communicated to begin the project, but once work started they finished in less than a week. Great quality and responsive customer service. I would use this company again in the future."

"5-Star Review for Ellis Construction LLC – Outstanding Work and Professionalism! I recently had the pleasure of hiring Ellis Construction LLC, owned and operated by Mr. Patrick Ellis, to complete a much-needed structural repair on my upper deck and tiki bar. I had no prior connection to the company, but after reading numerous positive online reviews highlighting Mr. Ellis’s hands-on approach, 20+ years of experience, and pride in craftsmanship, I decided to give him a call—and I’m incredibly glad I did. The project involved replacing a critical 6x6 support post that had rotted at the base and was causing the deck to lean. As you can imagine, this situation had me seriously concerned about both safety and potential long-term damage. Mr. Ellis understood the urgency and approached the job with confidence, professionalism, and care. From start to finish, Mr. Ellis and his assistant were prompt, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to cut out the old concrete, inspect and secure the footers, and replace the post properly—restoring both the structural integrity and my peace of mind. The quality of his work and attention to detail was obvious. It’s clear he takes great pride in what he does, and he’s not satisfied until the job is done right. It’s rare these days to find a contractor who is as skilled, honest, and personally involved as Mr. Ellis. His friendly demeanor, clear communication, and deep expertise made the entire process easy and stress-free. As of July 2025, the work has been completed and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I highly recommend Ellis Construction LLC to anyone in need of deck repairs or general construction services. If you want the job done right by someone who truly cares, look no further than Patrick Ellis."

"From the initial meeting up to completion of the project, Colin and his crew were very helpful and professional. Colin met with us to explain what the options were for railing on our existing deck and did not pressure us to make a quick decision. He uses quality products in the build and does not cut corners. Pete was the lead on the project and did an outstanding job answering any questions and ensuring we were completely happy with the project. We highly recommend Deck Cetera for any project as customers can expect a professional job."

"Overall, I thought the person that came to my home to give an estimate of the patio we wanted to build was not very professional. She came up with a sketch for the patio which did not incorporate the design ideas that I wanted. She was willing to re-sketch the design 2 times to get it right, but then seemed to get annoyed that I asked questions about the materials that were being used, the options that were available...etc. Granted she may have been having a bad week, but I expected more. Ended up going with a different contractor and glad I did because the quote I got from them was $1000 less and I loved the job they did.
Overall, I would give them a B-.

"Tony and EA roofing are great! I needed to have my roof replaced due to hail damage. Tony helped to facilitate the entire process for me and made everything as easy as can be. Their guys put on a great new roof using landmark pro materials. They were in and out in 1 day, cleaned everything up and left us with a beautiful new roof. I highly recommend EA roofing. Thanks Tony!"

"The service went extremely well. The price was not the cheapest, but I think it was the best value for the money. I have been tremendously pleased with the service. We had a problem with the screen door on the sliding glass door that I had done. They came out until it was fixed. They eventually had to replace the screen door."

"We experience a major leak in our ceiling dining room.  K&R came out an inspected the attic and found a roof air vent that was installed across my entire roof peak had been leaking for years, he explained the necessary steps to fix the issue (replace entire roof and installed solar powered fan to vent the attic). The wood on the roof in the attic was rotting and growing some sort of "organic material". He covered my roof with a tarp. The quote was reasonable given the amt of work that needed to be done. The material arrive in about a week and the next day after the material arrived they started the work. Even though it was cold, they finished the work in one day. They cleaned up all trash from the old roof. I am very happy that my roof is fixed and looks great. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional doing their roof repairs or replacement who uses top quality material and workers.
