"Job was quickly scheduled through Angie's List and Bryan called me when he was 30 minutes out from our house. He was prompt and very thorough. I pointed out that my safety sensors were malfunctioning and easily knocked out of alignment. Bryan fixed the wiring connections and secured the sensors to the door rails so they won't get knocked out of alignment.
He also lubed all the moving parts and adjusted safety sensors. He pointed out that my top door panel was starting to sag a bit from tension and with my approval ordered me a replacement safety strut as well as a replacement window trim insert to be installed next week.

"Zach showed up as promised and quickly walked the perimeter of the house to review worst areas of siding that needed extra attention. He immediately went to work and in about an hour and half he had the entire exterior of the house clean. I noticed that he pays a great deal of attention to detail, ensuring the house was rinsed cleaned multiple times, and ensured the windows were completely cleaned. We walked the perimeter of the house at the end and he asked if I was satisfied. I am definitely satisfied and will use his additional roof cleaning services in the next couple of weeks. We liked the fact that his web site gave defined prices. They were very competitive. "I used Andrew's Garage Door Repair.  The last time I used them it was not satisfactory.  They came in to look at the garage door and said he was going to replace the back motor.  That process took about 4 weeks.  They came out three times and the first two times were good.  The reason I signed up to Angie's List is because they give honest feedback.  He said he would be back in three days and he wasn't.  He did fix it finally.  I had to make a lot of phone calls and emails and reminders.  I didn't understand that, I mean, I paid him the money he was asking for.  So he came and he fixed it and it is working fine.  They were here April of 2016.  It cost $500."

"Did a very professional job of repairing several rotting floorboards on our deck. The workman arrived on time, thoroughly explained the work he would perform. He was very polite and conscientious and kept to his work the whole time he was at the house. I was very happy with the result. There was only one small issue: I was over-billed by about $100. However, his office contacted me directly to tell me about the error and took care of it immediately. Can't ask for more than that!
