The people I spoke with were super nice, Jim the plumber was very informative and though I wasn’t expecting to have this cost, I felt the price was fair for a new pump installation. It is about $50 a month. A couple of things I have wanted repaired they said were not covered after the guy has already come out. One of the things they could do better would be to have more things covered under the agreement and also have a clear explanation of what is and what is not covered.
