"Dan and his team were both efficient and knowledgeable. They installed a french drain sump pump and made repairs to our footings at our residence three years ago and not a drop of water since then! Thats why we recommended them for the work we recently did at our church. The crew installed a complete system with two sumps and pumps in two days! "The job/work couldn’t have went any better and smoother then it did, not to mention the cleanliness and customer service provided from beginning to end went above and beyond my expectations. Inside my basement they made sure objects and furniture were moved out of the way of the working area and covered for protection. They also made sure the walkways and paths used to remove debris out of the basement and new materiel into the basement were covered to prevent surfaces from getting dirty or damaged. "I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"I called Mike on Tuesday and he came out on Friday to diagnose the problem. He explained in detail why we had water in our basement and how he would fix it. They came the following week to fix it. They had to drill into the concrete inside our basement wall, lay a new pipe, and put new concrete over it. They also put new pipes outside our basement (connected to the downspout) to help the heavy downpour rains drain away from the house. They even pulled weeds at no extra cost- LOL. I definitely would hire Mike and his team again (hopefully we won't need to). They are top-notch and very clean."

"The front sidewalk that G&B Construction replaced for us is absolutely amazing and has held up well in both the hot and cold weather! George and his crew were very skillful at creating a slight curve in the sidewalk (before the turn was at a 90 degree angle) and a flare at the driveway that really makes the front sidewalk look so much more inviting and welcoming. They also banked the sidewalk for better drainage and raised it up so that there was a much smaller step up onto the front porch. The crew that came out to the house was very nice and professional! They worked really hard to keep the driveway clean while bringing loads of wet concrete to the sidewalk location. Rachel, the office manager, was also really helpful in getting this project organized. I am very happy that we hired G&B Construction and have shared our experience with our neighbors. If I need any more concrete work done, I will definitely call them again!"

"Brad repaired two basement cracks for us 4 years as a contractor for another company. The repairs were guaranteed for ever. One of the cracks started leaking again and, when I went back to the company, they had changed owners and the new owner would not uphold the guarantee. Someone saw my recent rating of that company (a lousy rating at this point) and got us in touch with Brad who said that he had done the work and would stand by the guarantee. Brad came today at no charge and put more plugs where the leak had recurred. You do not find many people that honest."

"Loose gutters were fix and now secure. All gutters cleaned. Will need a very bad storm to fully test but so far no issues and work was performed as quoted. Appreciate them working with me over email as I usually do not get a chance to talk on the phone at work or home."

"It seems to be fine, I will tell you I did have to wait a long time for them to come out I understand part of it had to do with weather. but because I was calling him it would take him a long time to get through to me. Then he said he would call back by the beginning of April and he didn't so then I called him back a few days later and he said oh yeah we're not send out to your area as yet because they work for different areas I guess different time, so that was a little bit of an issue. The work seem to be very good but for example they moved things they never moved them back, things like that I think are sort of problematic. What I'll give him credit for is I know there are a lot of people who work in masonry and in pointing and thing that they won't take on small jobs so I do have to give him credit for that."
