Get matched with top major home repair pros (general contractors) in Lewiston, ME

"Kaydn has been very responsive as our renovation and repair needs evolve. We certainly aren’t done yet, but we will keep this company involved as we continue to work forward through some major renovations. We just started with them for essential repairs before embarking on the more ambitious projects. Kaydn has proven himself as very knowledgeable and capable. More to come."

"Rider Home Improvement did a great job with our cabin portico project. We wanted to cover our front entry steps with a small exterior addition to protect the steps and keep the entry free of snow and rain. The cabin is rustic, so we wanted rough sawn cedar and stone bases to keep the look of our log cabin. Craig Rider was extremely good about being pro-active, following up promptly, and showing up when he said he would. We had a few sub-contractor and weather issues that impacted our schedule, but Craig kept us on his radar and made our small project a priority. We had a few concerns about material quantities, measuring, and overall design aesthetics, but with continuous in-person conversations, we achieved what we set out to achieve. Craig’s pricing was fair and transparent. We enjoyed working with both Craig and his son, David, and are very pleased with the final project."

"Workers did a wonderful job, and very professional. They were very careful with the stove removal and very clean. Very happy with both the inside and outside wall repair. I would use your services again."

"Brendan did a terrific job.I needed help with my outside lighting and he fixed the problem and replaced all of the bulbs. I also needed to have a screen door repaired and reframed. He did both of those things. We have also discussed future projects that will take place in the Fall. He is polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with and for me to learn from. My first experience with Angi but won't be my last."

"Please be cautious in regards to hiring this contractor. He will provide a contract for both parties to sign, but once the job was completed he requested additional compensation for the work performed and increased the material expenses. I needed to seek legal counsel."
