David and his colleague then visited my home and prepared an estimate based on our discussion. Let me say at the outset that my home presents some unique challenges for any exterior work because it is situated on a steep wooded slope and portions of the house are not easily accessible. Other painters I talked with expressed reservations about taking on the job.
