"Ivan is friendly, professional, has reasonable rates, arrives when he says he will, and does great work. Whenever we need a plumber, I'll call Ivan at Gregory's Sewer and Drain Cleaning"

"We recently had a leak in our crawlspace that did extensive damage to our home. Hope Plumbing not only was quick to arrive and stop the leak so we could restore water to the rest of our home but they also recommended a great restoration company to prevent further mold growth and ensure our home was clean and safe. Over the multi week project, Hope Plumbing was super accommodating as they worked alongside the restoration team, general contractors and the granite company. They also discovered an issue with our sump pump - something completely unrelated to what they had come for, but ultimately saved us from a more significant damage. We’re always quick to recommend them and they’ll always be our preferred plumber!"

"Their cost to pump again (July 23, 2013) and install elbow was approximately $1300.00. We appreciated their honesty as well as their willingness to FIX rather |than replace at exorbitant cost. Our hope is that this will last until city sewers installed in our neighborhood."

"My realtor, the woman who is helping my sell my house, recommended Kevin Petree as an excellent plumber and recommended that he be called for an estimate in connection with my perceived plumbing problem. I did in fact call him and he and his brother arrived prepared for anything; it appears that only a few minor adjustments were required."

"Replaced my sump pump Brian did a great job with communication and cleanliness"

"Done as promised. Arrived at time told and completed job as promised. Cleanup was very good.

"I started a holiday weekend with my grinder pump alarm sounding. Pump would run but took a very long time to clear the pit, plumber who put the system in was zero help and refused to even come look at it. He suggested calling the company he subcontracted the install to (which I had forgotten) they came and said it wasn't the pump it was fine, appeared to be a blockage in the outgoing lateral to the pressure main. The bad weekend kept getting worse, city came out and said the main was clear and there was noting they could do. They suggested digging up the lateral and replacing it. Packed up the family and went to the in-laws for the rest of the weekend, found J&C who answered my questions and advised over the phone some things to try. Scheduled a service call for monday am (which for many was a holiday), he had car trouble but came out and is the first person that I've had experience with that knew grinder pumps and was able to determine that whatever the blockage was was gone and that there was no need to dig up the yard and driveway, replace the pump and pit etc. Through no fault of James, I had a bad weekend, but he saved the day and so far the system has continued to work without fail."

"I HAD A SEWER BACK UP EVERY COUPLE OF DAYS AND INDY CONSTRUCTION AND TRANSPORTATION  IDENTIFIED THE ISSUE AND FIXED IT IMMEDIATELY AT A REASONABLE COST. WHILE GETTING OTHER WORK DONE I LEARED THAT THEY DO IT ALL! THE NEXT WEEK THEY WERE OUT IMMEDIATELY INSTALLING NEW WINDOWS, PUTTING NEW GUTTERS, AND BUILT A SUNROOM! ALL STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND TIMELY, THEY COMPLETE JOS IN AN UNBELIEVABLE TIME FRAME."

"The entire process took about a month; but, this was do to my insurance company an not MRC Roofing.

Inspection:
MRC came out at the same time as the insurance agent and walked the entire roof and took measurements. Once they finished, MRC took the time to tell me what they thought was needed and gave me a rough estimate of what they thought it would cost.

The work:
Once the insurance check arrived and cleared the bank, I called MRC and the came out and provided a written estimate on the work that was to be done. They did this because I had to change the scope of the project from the entire roof to just the back portion of the house. 2 days later, MRC began work (on New Years Eve) and stayed until 8:00 that evening. They came back the next day and worked and one last day to finish up the work on the rotted siding

They do ask for 50% of the estimate up front and the final 50% on completion.

After they completed the work, The owner came out and to collect on the final 50% owed to them. And we discussed future work to cover the rest of the house. I was please with the work that they did and look forward to working with them in the future.

The only minor detail that my wife brought up, is the missed cleaning up some nails near the back door of the house."
