My only concern was that the working procedures with the mold seemed a little lax . I expected the materials to be bagged up in airtight plastic, but they were just piled loose into their van.I thought the room would be sealed off from everything. The way upstairs was sealed off with plastic, but the door downstairs was simply open into the garage, which had its large door open and a machine blowing out the air from there. But on the whole we were very pleased."

The products pretty much sell themselves after you have had one .Brad is very knowledgeable about the Aerus products. He has always been prompt to respond to needs for service ,maintenance or questions .He is very professional , personable and obviously enjoys and is very dedicated to his work . Always a pleasure to work with him . Today he replaced filters on my air machines and checked two vacuums. The motor is gone in one vac -beyond repair. He said my 14 year upright is good for a while . He informed me of the new model which I am interested in seeing in the near future because of some improved features !!
