"My dryer would not heat no matter what I tried, I replaced the heating element myself and it still did not work. Called Mr. Appliance and they fit me into the schedule that same day and fixed my dryer. The gentleman who came out was clean and professional. He was very knowledgeable answering my questions about what he was fixing. My dryer works great again and I couldn’t recommend Mr. Appliance more! Thank you!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"J&H saved the day when my dryer stopped working. Justin was able to come out the same day I called, and he provided a fair and accurate estimate over the phone. He was professional and patiently showed and explained the work he was doing each step of the way. I’m happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to call J & H for future service needs."

"They are honest and up front. They will tell you if your appliance can be repaired or if it would be better to replace it. They give good and honest advice."
