"Jeff was very responsive and easy to work with.  I called him for a quote on some Gutter, facia, and soffit repair.  He gave me a reasonable quote for the entire job, and was able to break down the price so that I could prioritize the tasks that I needed done now versus the ones I could wait on.  He did the labor when he said he would, and the job ended up costing less than he originally quoted because he found some of facia we thought was damaged wasn't after all.
