"I give Donald and Quality Home Improvements 3 stars based on what they were initially contracted to do. That being to install a wooden fence. They also built a driveway extension and retaining wall, but I had to contract another group to fix the work they did and complete the job. I also give three stars as I had to go back and replace six pickets myself due to them not being nailed down correctly and the boards becoming warped. I contacted Donald about this, but no one ever showed up to fix it."
