"Other builders came in with estimates that cost less than US ProPaint and Renovation. In spite of this we chose US ProPaint and Renovation because JR explained all the work that would be done to demolish our wooden deck and replace it with trex decking. The other builders who gave us estimates did not spend as much time, or explain what they would do to complete the work we wanted.; and their estimates were lower in cost, but not a whole lot less. Once we committed to have US ProPaint and Renovation work for us, the work began very quickly. JR told us the work would commence in 2 weeks. They actually started earlier than that. 3 men worked long hours, typically 8:30 am to 7 pm each day in some pretty warm and humid weather. They were courteous and kept me informed on what they were going to accomplish on any given day. We were completely satisfied with the work and how the deck ended up. We will hire them again for other projects."

"Phenomenal experience with Marcelo and his team! We had several home improvement projects on our list, including replacing a rotting deck. When we reached out for an estimate, Marcelo responded quickly and gave us a thorough, honest assessment of the work needed. We were pleasantly surprised when he complimented the deck's structure and explained that only the boards needed replacing; not the entire frame. His transparency saved us both time and money. At our request, they also flipped the stairs to the opposite side, crafting beautiful, custom work that exceeded our expectations. Marcelo?s team was punctual, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They worked cleanly and with great attention to detail. We couldn?t have asked for a nicer or more dedicated crew. We have more projects on our list and will absolutely hire PR Home Improvement and Painting again. From fair pricing to exceptional work, they have our highest recommendation!"

"Gil was terrific. Was on time for appt, pointed out some other problems due to no flashing when deck installed, and sent quote for replacement of door and frame, installing flashing, and bracing support beam. Work was done in a timely manner and everyone was very professional and efficient."

"Carlos did an amazing job on replacing my deck. If I could give him 10 stars I would! He built a beautiful and functional deck and offered many helpful suggestions along the way. "I contacted Crystal General Contracting to repaint my house on short notice as I was preparing to put it on the market. Leonardo was extremely flexible in fitting my project into his schedule and exceeded my expectations. He and his team completed the work on time with great professionalism, and even took care of some light carpentry along the way. I will definitely be reaching out to them again for future projects in my new home."
