"Renovation Pros KC recently completely refaced my entire kitchen with incredible results. Chad Stock came out to our home twice with samples, and really spent time with me to ensure the finished product would be exactly what I wanted. I felt extremely comfortable with his work crew in my home, and they cleaned up daily before they left. The job was done on time, and to my extreme satisfaction. Chad even recommended some inexpensive design changes that made a world of difference to the look and efficiency of my kitchen. He was able to work around my existing granite counters and tile backsplash. My new cabinet doors are thick, solid quality wood with a beautiful finish. The drawers were completely replaced with larger drawers that slide closed silently. An unused wine rack in the old cabinets was converted to additional, hidden storage with cabinet doors. The huge light box over the island was removed, and the island cabinets were stained a contrasting luscious dark chocolate. The old, outdated Golden Oak is gone! My husband and I could not be happier with the value and quality of our new kitchen! The pictures attached to this review are Before & After. The light, golden oak is before, and the gorgeous cherry cabinets are the finished product. I attended the Home Show and researched several companies with quotes before choosing Renovation Pros KC. Unfortunately, a false rail that Pat had installed feel off the cabinet door about 3 months after we started using them. I expected that this would be covered under the limited lifetime warranty. Pat informed me that it would not because "it has never happened in 13 years" and inferred that I was doing something wrong. I let him know very politely that this was under normal use. He was not receptive and the exchange was very unpleasant. I do not have confidence that Pat will stand by his work and the warranty if anything else goes wrong."
