Throughout the process he was punctual and communicative, I was always well informed what was happening. During installation of the panel he discovered a bad meter box that needed to be replaced, it was unavoidable. He was able to complete both repairs in a timely manor. Due to what work was performed a state inspection was required. it passed with no issues. "The short is that they were courteous, timely, communicated well, and stuck by their quote. The long is that I had 5+ companies give me quotes. The job was a panel upgrade, adding 2 dedicated outlets (microwave and hair dryer), and checking my wiring concern. Of all the companies that came out, the Flanco reps (Kurtis and Blake) seemed the most attentive and detailed. They asked what I needed done, but also listened when I explained that some wiring seemed "off". They were the only reps (in total,I saw/talked to 8 different electricians) that showed any interest or concern about the wiring and the only reps that asked to look in the attic to check wiring and attic condition.. They cleaned up once finished. When I contacted the city (less than 2 hours after the Flanco team left) for an inspection, I was informed that the city had already been contacted by my electrician to set up the inspection. All in all a great experience and plan to use them for my future electrician needs."
