"Called Muddy Water Plumbing, to fix a broken pipe under my house. Talked to a gentleman named Alan. He was very friendly and polite over the phone. Once he heard the details. He said he would be out as soon as possible. One hour later he showed up to my house. Once under the house. He found multiple bakes. Not only did he replace and fix what was needed. He also winter proofed the pipes. I would recommend Muddy Water Plumbing To everyone. Very friendly. Affordable pricing. Reliable and fast acting. And a matter fact, I called him back out two more times. Replace a water heater and fix a leak under my sink."

"technician did an awesome job! very helpful with helping us make a decision on whether or not to go tankless hot water. very prompt and got the entire job done in a little over 2 hours! my only issue is how the angie's list coupon was applied. it only applied to the service call so it saved me whole $2.50! that would have been nice to know upfront."

"The water heater was working intermittently and the tech troubleshooter the issue correctly, order parts for warranty service and resolved issue when parts arrived in a timely manner. Will used them for all plumbing and hvac issues in the future! Excellent service!"

"They were extremely punctual for both the estimate, and the actual installation, with full explanation of how the machine works including the comparison between the cost of a tankless and a standard heater,. In addition, there has been some vibration noise (that only one member of the family can hear!) and they have been extremely thorough in working to lessen it, while being cheerful through the whole process, despite having to make extra trips to do so."

"Excellent! Solar Energy keeps you informed every step of their process until the job has been completed. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Sales rep was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Once job was completed, they made sure that everything worked before signing off on the project! Great price package for installing solar panels/tankless water heater/water softener. Pleasure doing business with Solar Energy!"

"They did a whole house electrical inspection a couple of months ago, and they even changed out burned out light bulbs for me.  I give them a B on the price; they're a little high, but they do a good job.  I didn't even ask them; they just said have you got any extra bulbs, we will change them out for you. They weren't repairing anything, they were just inspecting to make sure my electrical system was working.  I've had an air conditioner, a heater, a whole house generator, and a whole house humidifier put in by them.  They do annual electric and plumbing inspections as well as heat and air inspections, they are always extremely nice and do a good job when they do an installation, and I appreciate the inspections that are free.  They did an inspection last winter on the heater, but no work actually.  When they installed the new heater, it's worked just fine.  They just inspect it on a yearly basis."

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"Fixed a wall, repaired tile, built a deck and painted building inside and out. !! Andy does great work"
