His team was prompt, professional, and personable! They did fantastic work! Replaced my water heater, sinks and faucets in the same visit and even corrected the plumbing for my kitchen sink and the venting for my water heater. They were totally transparent with pricing and there weren’t any curve balls. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be calling them for any future needs."

"I requested replacing a full drain pipe system. When they came, they only fixed the one part that was leaking, not the whole drain. They told me it would cost significantly more to replace the full drain, even though when they came out to bid it, I was very explicit on wanting it all replaced. The leak is fixed, but they also used a white pipe while the rest of the piping was black. They even told me they saw reviews the picture before coming, and still brought and use white piping. So now it is very mismatched."
