"Awesome service Derek was extremely polite, professional and very knowledgeable He had the repairs done super fast and had my unit up and running in less than 20 minutes The price was GREAT he should probably be charging more He also showed my husband how we can help keep the drainage cleaner and showed him how to change the filter correctly I highly recommend"

"Beware! not so honest. I had a air conditioner that would not start earlier this year and while he was here, I asked about having some general maintenance completed at the same time. I was told it could not be done at that time but the tech suggested that I purchase a maint. package that they would come out twice a year to do general maintenance on the units. He stated that they could do in a week or so, it turned out to be over 1-1/2 months for the 1st maintenance but I should clarify that it really isn't much maintenance but a opportunity to pay them to do a quote for additional work. In addition to this, one of our units was not operational arrived, before he would even move a finger I was required to sign a document for work in the amount of around $340 which ended up taking the technician 15 minutes to replace a blown fuse and loose wire, they charged $116.99 for the fuse (cost $0.1469). Not so honest, much different story from when I initially used them several years ago. "
