"Do NOT hire this company!! Lost power at 4 pm. Called the office, went to VM, no call back for 1/2 hour. Called again, got an answer. She put me on hold, then hung up on me. Now have lost one hour of time and power. 3rd call, was told a TECHNICIAN was on his way. That was a lie. Half hour later, repairs shows up who we assume is our repairman. Was rude and condescending. Went to our fuse box and without actually checking for issues, thre the fuse cover on the ground and said, "you need a total circuit box replacement." It was then that we realized that this rep was in fact NOT a technician but instead a set up con man who's goal it is to ensure that the repair charge is the highest total. He then stated, "Im not the tech who will do the work, I have to call for that." What?? So now another hour of lost time, just because Mister Sparky plays a con game with customers. Tech arrives hour later, never introduces himself or walks us through what will be done. Do NOT hire this company!!"
