"John arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, assessed the situation with the leak we had and determined it was the faucet itself that needed to be replaced. The old kitchen faucet was corroded and after a few minutes of trying to remove it, he simply cut it off. He installed the faucet we purchased and we're very happy now. Also was pleased John was assigned our job. He's a pleasant fellow and had done some work on our home before - he even remembered the job and the day (plugged-up bathtub the day after Christmas)."

"I spoke with Chris Saturday afternoon about my valve leak-he asked for photos of the valve in order to give me an estimate. I'd told him I wanted to wait until Monday for the repair because I didn't want to pay extra for a Sunday visit. After talking a bit more Chris offered to come out today, Sunday, between 8-9 with his partner and he wouldn't charge extra. I was surprised and impressed with his offer. He arrived at 9, looked at the valve and stopped it with a simple fix I hadn't wanted to try. No need to replace the valve. He fixed my bathroom sink problem and was done in 15 minutes. His price was more than fair for a Sunday visit. Both he and his partner (I apologize for forgetting his name) are genuine, easy going and professional. The kind of guys you'd want to hang out with. I cannot recommend Aqua Doctor enough. He's as good as it gets."

"We used Joel from Illinois Sewer and Drain. Joel called me immediately after I filled out the online form and was out to my house in 2 hours. In 2 days I had his estimate, which was fair and of great value. When I told him we were going to hire him he scheduled us for the next day. Six guys were here all day and the job was done in a day and a quarter. Joel was professional, classy, friendly, fair and kind. So were the men who work for him. We were very impressed. My husband asked Joel to look at our sump pumps and a silcock that was dripping. The next day he was out and replaced 2 of our 3 sump pumps, (which were not working at all) and some piping and fixed the silcock. So, two days after he replaced our entire septic tank we had him out to replace two of our three sump pumps! So yes ! We would use him again! We called for estimates from three companies and one came out and was charging a hefty price to do and exploratory evaluation. "Called Weds morning and David and Kori were there by noon. They hydro jetted the corrugated drainage pipe from the source to the end and then backwards again to remove the obstruction. Free flow of water was quickly restored. They also jetted a second line from the drain site backwards and the return of that one was clear water as well. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Promptness of service, very professional work ethic with great success, and very reasonable cost. Better yet they let this old Do it yourselfer watch and answered all my questions about what was going on.
