Offered to leave a trap, but warned that it could also get other animals, including neighbors' pets. Decided against that. Charged only for the 'service call.' I would contact again if future issues."

"Very early Saturday morning we were awoken by the sound of something in the wall behind our bed. I called at least 6 different animal removal companies, most who advertised 24/7 response. Never Nest was the only one that called me back the same day and they were able to come out by early afternoon. Two of their staff spent over an hour trying to locate where the animal (turned out to be a bird) was in the wall, and another hour trying to get it out safely, which they did. One of them then climbed out of a window to fill a whole next to a vent where we assumed the bird got in.

"We felt the yard appearance and condition improved over our former provider. The lawn was fuller and the weeds seemed to be better controlled. One of the critical differences is the lawn did not leave a green stain on dog paws or our feet and shoes like our former lawn service provider's applications did. After every application from the former provider green stains were transferred to our stone patio and wood deck surfaces and carpet inside the house. Green T applicators are always friendly and if they see you home, they stop to introduce themselves and then provide a summary of the lawn condition and things to watch for or do to help improve the lawn and soil. They immediately address any concerns and answer questions. One disappointing element with Green T is the attitude of some of the sales and office staff when asking questions or providing direction. They were somewhat rude when you would ask questions about their product or why we should use their service instead of another lawn service. The tone was at times combative and agitated. One thing we did not like was the willingness to "bash" another provider. We find that unprofessional. You also have to follow up on requests for information and it took several requests before they made applications on the area between our north fence and the road, which we are required to maintain. While they are nice in providing a window of days they will complete an application, which is great to know for our dogs, they often do not call to advise they'll be out if they miss that time frame. Overall though we find their product has improved our lawn and we have less weeds than previously."
