Our home warranty company put us in touch with Chuck Haefner and he was really awesome. He came right away the next day and gave us a temp fix so we had water for the night while he retrieved the part we needed. The next day he was a bit later than expected due to getting the part but he fixed our well pump and we haven’t had issues since. It turned out the previous owners accidentally drained our cistern on their last day from laundry, showering and cleaning. That, coupled with all of us showering and doing laundry completely dried it out and therefore broke the well pump. We had water delivered two days later and we’ve been good since."

"I called Frank to ask for an estimate, and he showed up within the hour.  I wondered how he would replace the (original) fixtures since there appeared to be no access panel.  It turns out my kitchen cabinets were installed over the access panel and he would have to move a cabinet and my stove to get to it.  Frank gave me a quote and stuck to his estimate.  He obviously knew more about my plumbing than I did, and I learned a lot from the things he pointed out to me.   <br /> He never dawdled but got right to work, and made sure he had everything he needed to do the work.  He was neat and organized and saved the dirtiest job (backyard pipe replacement) for last so as not to drag dirt into the house.  He let me know when he was shutting off the water.  He even looked at my toilet which had started leaking just the day prior.  He could have told me he had to replace the wax seal or try to talk me into buying a new toilet, but he didn't.  He told me the toilet was fine and one of the bolts holding it down had just come loose.  I was very impressed with his honesty, his competence, his ability to quickly and accurately assess the problems and also the fact that he did all the work himself. <br /> I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good, experienced plumber. <br />"

"Excellent. Dave was highly recommended and I also would highly recommend Dave Campbell plumbing and heating. I was contacted promptly, estimate provided with recommended work to fix the excessive water problems from running down hill behind the house. The water was also entering the septic system and needed replacement of existing leach field. Dave also recommended to install a sump pump in the basement to ensure the basement remains dry. Dave was able to start the project the next week and completed the project timely. He was very professional and performed a quality job that exceeded my expectations at a extremely reasonable price. The backyard is now dry and draining properly, the sump pump is running alot during this rainy spring weather and the new leach field is operating efficiently.
