From the beginning to the end, Ryan was great at listening to my vision and any concerns along the way and responded in a timely and efficient fashion. He completed the full renovation (demolition down to the load bearing walls, new plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, insulation, ceiling, roof, gutters, redone original wood floors, basically everything) in exactly the time he said it would take - 2 1/2 months to the day.
