"So I used Angie's List to narrow down my 3 main choices for a major exterior home improvement project. I got quotes from the 3, and decided on Make A Choice. It was definitely the 'right' choice. The work was done quickly and professionally. Great care was taken to cause little disturbance to neighbors who are VERY close in proximity to my house. Step 1: Siding: These guys were fast, and I mean fast. They blazed through the demolition of the old siding, vacuum sealed the sides, and put up my new hardy board. Just like that it was done and done right. Then it was painted (well) and the house began to look brand new. Step 2: Soffit: I almost didn't spring for soffit, and that would have been a big mistake. These guys did an amazing job on the soffit which now has the under siding looking amazing!! Most impactful thing I had done. All the neighbors are jealous! Step 3: Porch: I asked for a 'beefier' porch, and that is what I got. Amazing railings and new columns. I had them put a band about a foot down from the top of the columns and they really stand out now. The railing is double thick on the top and they are taller now, and the whole thing is the envy of the neighborhood. I also asked for a 'dental trim' and expected a strip from Home Depot or something. Nope. They custom made it, curved and impactful. Above and beyond. Step 4: Gutters: The gutters they installed go so seamlessly with the soffit that you can barely tell they are there! Beautiful and they put in a complete system where some needed gutters had been left out from the initial house build. The match to the rest of the house is uncanny. Step 5: Door: This they outsourced to a guy who also blew me away with a professional install and removal of my old door. Cleanup was done after each major renovation and at finish and everything was pretty close to "move in" ready. They did destroy a cement fountain, but patched it up so you could hardly tell. (I knew I should have moved that thing out of the way!) The only non-10 out of 10 would be the trim painting on the porch and windows, which got a bit rushed with bad weather, and even that gets a 9-10, with the only little things I could catch being quite 'nit-picky'. Overall, this company delivered in spades on the goods it promised and they were very responsive throughout the whole process. I would 100% use them again without hesitation for any other external house projects!! Priced competitively and delivering results that exceeded my expectations."

"Will say this Mark and his crew deserve the highest regards for the work they did. The deck and porch look like a work of art. Mark DELIVERED and explained everything from price, timeline, and design. Mark was in constant communication with us from start to finish and had this project wrapped up in a week even with bad weather for three of the days. Want to also shout out to his crew, they are a great group of builders that work hard and show pride in their workmanship. I have no problem telling anyone who has a deck that needs to be built to call Mark and no one else."

"Excellent and quality work. I have hired Legado Construction’s services for two large projects including deck remodeling and a full basement finishing. I’ve also used their services for a small project of backsplash installation, and would hire them again. I have two or three more projects that will be done by them as well. Great results and always professional."

"Make A Choice was challenged with a huge job on our 39 year old house and met it with fantastic quality work, service and skills. Our job involved rebuilding our entire siding chimney, replacing much siding and rotted work, reworking and painting soffits, new gutters, putting on leaf guards, misc. exterior repairs, rebuilding our front porch railings and painting the entire house. We were absolutely thrilled to see the A+ job they did, sticking to their bid, working quickly and with very skilled workers (best painting I've ever had). Chuck, our job manager, was on top of everything - he quickly made any requested changes or corretions, and was very knowledgable about all aspects of home construction. The owner was always there when the city came to inspect for permits, and the house was built to all the codes. We are not used to having such perfect work from uncomplaining constructions folks! Make a Choice was one of the best decisions we ever made - thank you Make a Choice!"

"Ben and his crew were awesome. We hired Ben’s company to replace and add to our existing deck as well as landscape our backyard. Ben sat with us and designed the layout for the new landscaping, complete with the plants and colors we wanted. It turned out even better than we could have hoped for. What set Ben apart from other contractors we had out is that Ben says what he will do and does what he says. He and his crew arrived when they said they would and had the work completed within our agreed upon time frame. I will continue to call on Ben in the future and am proud to recommend him to anyone and everyone."

"Excellent Service!! The only contractor that returned my call. Came out within a day, identified a roof vent stack was rusting causing a roof leak. Had it scheduled and fixed in a few days. Price was fair and everyone was courteous and friendly. If I every need a roof repair again they would be the only one I would call."

"ProBuild Metro Atlanta is amazing. I am so pleased of my deck and fron porch. Wilfredo is awesome, very professional and listen to their client needs. Thank you ProBuild!!"

"Everyone at Outback was knowledgeable in the construction, and products used to build our deck and porch. We were provided with many options and able to make the choices we wanted for the project. They were able to handle the underdeck and hardscape work as well! Communication was great and because they made a good plan before starting the project, all of our expectations were met without a bunch of extra costs along the way. If you are as picky as I am, and you want it done right, I would recommend Outback Deck."

"May 13, 2025 Midtown Home Improvements 1875 Mitchell Rd. S.E. Mableton, GA 30126 Dear Will: We’re writing this letter to express our appreciation for a fantastic deck replacement. Your dedicated employees, from Darrin the salesperson thru Brandon the Project Manager to Bennie and his crew of skilled workmen. Darrin showed us materials we didn’t know existed and assisted in the color choice. Brandon answered all our questions throughout the building process. He was patient and completely understood our anxiety. He thoroughly explained patiently how we would get from point A to the final result. We are thrilled to be able to relax on a deck so beautiful that it is beyond our imagination. Of course, we can’t forget Ingrid, who kept us informed along the way. We’ll include before and after pictures and yes, we will be recommending your services. Thank you, Mr. & Mrs. Russell Stockbridge, GA 30281"
