You don't realize how dirty your tiles are until you see them after they've been cleaned. We opted to apply the sealant ourselves, but in hindsight should've just paid Victor to do it. "Professional and on time. Performed tune up as per coupon and found 3 sprinkler heads not performing correctly. Returned on Saturday and repaired the heads. Price may have been a little high for work performed but he as on premises several hours completing the work. I have no problems with the work or workmen. I would use them again if necessary."
