When he came for the estimate he explained every possible option we had and thoroughly and politely answered all questions that I had. When he came for the installation he showed me all of the components he would be installing and explained how the process would work. "I had my old roll-up garage doors replaced with regular garage doors. A technician from the company came out, measured, and ordered the doors. Once the doors arrived from the manufacturer, the same technician returned and took down my old doors and installed the new doors. Took a couple of hours, but did a good job. My new doors are very easy to open and close now. I'm very satisfied. Cost $2000.00 for 2 new doors, hardware, and installation."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
