Knowing what I needed and still being charged almost 200 dollars for the five-minute installation with a ten dollar part felt unfair. Still, the ability to get someone immediately was great. Still had occasional severe blockages. Jim (very nice guy) ran his camera through. Yup, tree roots, in the most difficult to access section of clay pipe I had not yet replaced. He used the Hydro-jet cleaner enough to buy me some time to do a more permanent fix ( replace the pipe).
