"It was 2 days before Thanksgiving and my power kept flickering on and off. I had the power company out to my home who informed me that the box where the main power comes in...under the meter needed to be replaced and I had to call an electrician to do that. I had been coordinating with another electrical company while I was at work, to have someone come out that day. Unfortunately despite their efforts to find an available electrician, by 3:00 p.m. they were still non-committal. So in desperation, I decided to use Angie's list for the first time. That is how I came upon Resolute Electric. Contact was made within 5 minutes, and Clause who is either the manager or the owner was at my home within 1 hour to complete an assessment and quote me a price. He had one of his electricians at my house within another hour and the work was completed by 8:00 p.m. . He did not charge me any extra for the late hour of service simply because he was more concerned about our safety then making or taking advantage of our desperation. Both Clause and Randy displayed a level of professionalism and work ethic that you don't come upon very often these days. That being said, I felt it was important that they're excellence be acknowledged. I can't thank them enough."

"I hired Brett, the owner of Bright Electrical Solutions, to address an issue with a breaker that kept tripping. He replaced the breaker and also replaced one of the outlets with a GFCI reset outlet. Brett was professional from beginning to end. He was punctual and took the time to clearly explain to my husband and me what he replaced and why. Because of the excellent service we received, I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends if they ever need an electrician. "Dale and his team did a great job installing our ceiling fan. The job was more involved because there was no existing fixture on the ceiling and the existing switch box on the wall was falling apart. There was also a piece of frame behind the drywall that he had to work around. He provided helpful suggestions during the install and they cleaned up completely after the work was done. They also moved furniture that was in the way and moved it back when they were done. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any future electrical work I need."
