"I am a senior with a background in construction.  After reviewing many contractors and speaking with some of them, I immediately knew I hit the jackpot when I spoke to Danny.
 
1.  He knew exactly what I needed and wanted done when I first spoke to him.  This entailed the replacement, repair, and installation of the items listed above with attention to quality in materials, prevention of future problems, a fair price, and a commitment to starting and showing up once the job was initiated.  Danny exceeded every expectation in these regards!
2.  I silently knew in advance manufacturers, quality and cost of exterior doors (including the french door), storm doors, door locks and deadbolts, leak-proof door sills for 6 inch exterior walls and a leak-proof barrier on the bottom of the door frames.  Without knowing of my preferences, Danny suggested the identical manufacturers and materials I had in mind.  At this juncture, we met and I hired Danny to perform the work.
3.  I am beyond pleased with the outcome of Danny's effort on this project.  As an example of his integrity, he asked me to trust him in the design and installation of an exterior octagonal window in a bathroom.  My wife and I were literally blown away with a handcrafted symmetrical waterproof tunnel and inside wall frame he created - more akin to an artistic piece than a window.
4. Inside work was always minimally invasive using tarps and soft shoes rather than work boots.  Outside and inside cleanup at the end of each work day was respectfully performed leaving no mess.
I would recommend Danny to anyone requiring any kind of interior or exterior installation, modification, or repair as I have seen firsthand examples of his experience, skills, and personal and business ethics.  In fact, Danny is presently working on costs to replace our roof."

"I called for an emergency roof repair and spoke to Melissa. She scheduled me for the same day, during the rain. I also asked if she could look in my attic for any damage and mold from my repair last year. Dale came out, within the hour, and fixed the oddly loosened shingles. He also took the time to look around my entire attic, not just the area where the leak had been. Thankfully, i had no leaks, stains or mold. He was professional, polite and punctual. He did mention my roof was old and would need replacing soon, and asked if I would like a free estimate. "It went pretty well. The removed of the old bath tub was a lot harder then they anticipated. Our house is an old modular home and the bath tub was attached differently then most. What they thought would take about 2 hours actually took about 5 hours. But they stayed with it and did an excellent job. We are extremely please with the work they did and the out come. They were very easy to work with and explained any issues or concerns very well. The show unit looks so good now we just can't get over the differences it makes."

"I am happy to write a Review for Harrison’s General Contracting and have only the highest praise for Davin and his team. I wanted to give my home a refresh, and am completely amazed by the results. The work they did was paint the kitchen, living room and dining room walls/plus accent walls, and stairway hallways. What a difference this made. Seriously, it feels like a brand new home, fresh, clean, chic and suits my style perfectly. Everyday they arrived on time, were professional, friendly and worked very diligently and efficiently all day long. At the end of the day, Davin would walk me though the work they did, and review what they were doing the next day. I'm very particular and have to say the workmanship was outstanding. The first day I hung out a bit and observed their work, but after that, I knew I could fully trust Davin and his team to come in and do their thing. The job took three days from start to finish. I'm sure with other contractors, this would have stretched out to a week or two. A couple things that really stood out was when I asked for their input on certain decisions, they offered honest responses. They weren't afraid to let me know why a certain idea would or wouldn't work. And then we worked together to make final decisions. Another thing was on occasion, Davin would have me come check colors, or the look of something before they got too far, to ensure I was happy. If something needed tweaking, they didn't hesitate.
