He was informative when explaining why certain planned design options would have to be modified to accommodate an unknown issue discovered during the demolition process. Also, he made himself available to meet contractors when needed to perform specialized work outside the scope of his bid. Work site cleanup was great. It was a challenging project requiring them to partially demolish the wood frame garage, install a new roof deck on it, build a pergola with privacy and connect it all with the existing steel stairs.
