"Saha answered my request right away.He asked me to give him a little rundown, about what's going on and he was very patient in listening to me.The issue was that half of my condo was out of power. Literally there was no power in the dining room, living room ,and desk area. He thoroughly investigated and tested all the outlets in the problem areas. Only one of the outlets had to be replaced since all the rest tested out fine. He did not stop there. He went on to check all my breakers and realized that one of them was in the off position. It actually tripped off ...as he explained it. That's what was causing the power to go off . The actual culprit was my portable heaters.
