"Plumber Cameron Opuda from Michael & Sons Services took on a difficult and overdue sewer fix for Dad. Mr. Opuda had a can do attitude and was super at the turn around time. Great communication from the company as well. Aside: Lesson learned for Dad, never plant trees above any kind of buried lines. They can crush anything. Michael and Sons are not the cheapest rates in town, but the solid reputation with the Home Advisor proved solid. I think the price should be $3500 for a sewer line replacement on a quarter acre, as a standard, but the competition did not have as good a track record and they took many weeks to get back to me on requests. Kudos Michael and Sons Services."

"I had another plumber come out to snake the sewer line twice, which did not help. I was told that the sewer line likely colapced under the city road, which would be about $20,000 to repair (dig up main county road, etc...). Viking Services plumber came out, looked at the lenth of my front yard, attached an extension cord to his snake machine and cleared the sewer pipe. I guess the snake the other plumber was using was just too short! I would definitely hire him again!"

"My Plumbing Heroes, owner Jonathan responded within minutes to my emergency call for help with a backed up sewer line and leaking toilet base. He arrived and promptly assessed the issues. He snaked the drain and got it flowing freely. Since the toilet ring needed replacing I asked if he could install a new toilet as well and he had one on his truck. He knows his business. He installed the new toilet. It looks great! He cleaned and sanitized the areas he worked in. The charges were very, very reasonable. Jonathan is very professional and personable. I pointed out the problem, they said there was more work to be done. I agreed to a price. When the work was completed, I may have thought there was more to be done for the price quoted. Should have got the quote in writing after the initial visit to understand what was going be be done. The final invoice vague."
