"Rich was amazing. This job was very difficult. Because of the configuration of my house, there was only one spot in the closet where the tube would go thru. Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. Rich managed to install the Solatube and avoid all the obstacles. It was really amazing what he was able to do. I am not easily impressed with contractors, but Rich was great. He is clearly an expert in his trade."

"We first became aware of this company at a home expo. We were in need of additional insulation in our attic and were looking into a ridge vent being installed as well. During inspection, we realized we needed a roof too. We negotiated a fair price for all three requested jobs and work started about a month later. During the job, the workers mistakenly trashed our gutter helmets and some were damaged beyond repair. We discussed this with our project manager and they were ultimately replaced free of charge. During the insulation install, the workers dropped a hammer through our ceiling and left a hole. It was repaired very nicely within a couple of days and you can’t even tell it happened. The cleanup after was very thorough. I found 1 or 2 pieces of metal after, but that’s nothing compared to what I’ve seen other companies leave behind on jobs for my neighbors. Overall, my husband and I are very pleased with the work performed and the price paid. Aside from the somewhat pushy sales tactics on the front end, I’d highly recommend this company."

"The tiles matched nicely and JW was the only place we found that was able to locate this particular size and complete repairs at a reasonable price. Other companies could not find the tiles, wanted to replace the entire floor, or quoted an exorbitant price to do a small area. The work was very professionally done. Our only complaint is that the office did not return calls or communicate with us in a timely manner."

"I bought an Angie's List Big Deal certificate for Fairfax Roofing Solutions after I had water leaking from a light switch box during a heavy rain storm. I called Chris Wallace the owner, first thing in the morning to schedule the inspection and repair. He was very flexible and was able to be out at my house 3 hrs later. They showed up, inspected the roof and made several repairs. I really appreciated how quickly they were able to fit me in. We had more bad weather forecasted and a potential hurricane coming through in a few days and they were able to schedule me and make the repairs immediately. I would definitely recommend them to others in the area.

"Peak Roofing and Ryan went above and beyond in every respect. When you wake up and find your dining room ceiling on the floor, you know it's going to be a bad day. Ryan from Peak Roofing immediately put in a temporary fix on the roof and in the attic above the dining room, coordinated the roof repair, drywall and painting repair, and was present when the insurance adjuster inspected the damage. As repairs were underway and the almost inevitable hidden damages showed up, Ryan coordinated directly with the insurance company to cover the additional costs. That "coordination" included substantial effort on his part including providing detailed drawings and line item costs. My experience with Peak Roofing was genuine "Super Service" in every respect. "Tim has done two other family members roofs so I pretty much knew he would be the company doing mine. I had him out a couple years ago to take a look at my roof as I thought it was time, he told me then I had a couple more years left, what contractor does that?!? He also patched a small area for me....Side bar had him do some other work for me as well then. Fast forward to August 2020 called him and said time for the new roof. He came out gave an estimate with three options and in two weeks I had a new roof. Probably would have been sooner but the rain didn't cooperate. Tim and Lakewood are honest contractors that do great work, highly recommend this outfit for anything you need done at home."
