"Danny and team did a phenomenal job laying down luxury laminate flooring in our condo’s basement. We are thrilled with how it turned out. Danny took a look at our basement, and knew right away the best flooring to go with. The samples he brought over were beautiful and the quality of the luxury laminate is outstanding. On the day of installation the crew did an outstanding job. They finished the job in record time, even with some unexpected issues (our floor was not level, we needed trim, etc). Everyone was extremely polite and communication was great. In addition the team noticed a few things around our place that needed fixing (wobbly door, broken floorboard upstairs) and took care of them for no charge. I can’t imagine having a better experience and wholeheartedly recommend Modern Quality Flooring for your home projects."

His quote was perfectly reasonable and he was professional and very nice without being pushy. Jorge and his partner came over shortly thereafter and took measurements and a few days later, Mary set up the installation.
