"Red Mug Construction was by far the best experience with home remodeling that Iâ ve ever had in my life. The turn around time for this project was insane. We reached out at the beginning of the week, paid our deposit at the end of the week, materials were purchased over the weekend and they arrived at our home to start with the following Monday. Their staff was courteous, prompt and used the time efficiently. What could have been a months long ordeal was finished in about 10 days and they even showed up on Thanksgiving for a half dayâ s work! The shelves they put in are beautiful and match the rest of the wood work in the home as well, which my husband and I did not anticipate or expect as this is a storage roomâ but now itâ s beautiful enough for company! The quote on the project was fair and portioned out appropriately as well. No one tried to up charge us or convince us to do any features we werenâ t already interested, instead they just came up with ideas to increase efficiency within the home which was incredibly refreshing. I now have no interest whatsoever in working with anyone else for our home. We have 2 more design projects on the back burner and I know exactly who to call to handle them next year. "Mike was on time and began work immediately.  He was very punctual when it came to calling inspectors throughout the project and we never had an incident with regard to any of the inspections necessary. <br /> <br /> Mike designed and installed two separate, but connected cabana areas (one of which is attached to our house in the yard).  The other cabana area, which houses an in-ground hot tub,  is attached to the initial larger cabana.  Mike uses the best material possible that he hand-picks himself which is extremely important to achieve the highest quality workmanship.  He installed the roof for the cabanas which he matched perfectly with our existing house and all the gutters and soffits that also match perfectly with our existing house.  He gave us many options to choose from with regard to cosmetic additions to our cabanas including designer pole covers with crown.   <br /> <br /> Mike is extremely confident in the work he provides and will be honest with you if he feels something will or will not work.   <br /> <br /> It has been 4 years since we had the cabana installed and are still extremely happy and confident in the structures.  Both cabanas could withstand a Florida hurricane and that's no exaggeration.  We are so confident in Mike's workmanship, we had him install a beautiful pergola in our yard over the bar by our pool.   <br /> <br /> We have had many compliments from family, friends and neighbors with regard to the cabanas and pergola and could not be more happy with the work Mike has performed.   <br /> <br /> To all of you looking to find an honest, hard-working contractor, Mike's your guy. <br />"

"One feature I really wanted for the bath off the kitchen was a stone sink with a hidden infinity drain. In order to fit the space, Mitch found a subcontractor to build one. It looks fantastic, but after a few years it started to leak. We emailed Mitch fully expecting to have to pay to have it fixed as it was so long after they put it in. But Mitch thought his subcontractor should have built it to not only look amazing but to hold up. So he had his crew come out and take care of it. Truly amazing and I can't recommend them enough."

"Expanded existing powder room to add a full sized shower to create a 2nd full bath on main floor of our raised ranch. Work included the removal of a seldom used interior stair to the basement and removal of interior wall. A new closet was created in the basement where the stair was located. New access to the attic was also added. Extensive tile work was done on the expanded bathroom walls along with the floor. Plumbing, painting, and electrical work was also included. The finished product is beautiful. Very happy with the results. This is the second time that we have used Bart. Our original comment still stands: if you want a quality job at a fair price along with courteous and dependable service, then Bart is your guy. The work was completed more quickly than I expected and all of the crew were very dependable and considerate. They were also very respectful in keeping the construction site as clean as possible. Bart is very responsive to any and all questions. He answers both his emails and phone messages in a very timely fashion. When a few issues came up (as is normal), he always worked with us to resolve them. He is very committed to getting things right and really cares about doing a quality job. It’s rare to find someone that is so trustworthy. Absolutely would work with Bart again and highly recommend him."

"Skyway remodeling is fantastic and I wish we had found them sooner! Dave was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout the whole process. Though our bathroom project was on the smaller side, Dave still made us feel valued as a customer. He answered all of our questions promptly and worked within our schedule to get the job done. He was also very respectful of our condo building's rules and requirements. Richard and his team did amazing work and were truly professionals. Their attention to detail is clearly evident in every aspect. We couldn't be happier with our bathroom. It is just what we imagined, but better. AND they finished 1 day sooner than expected, such a pleasant surprise! 10/10 would hire again for ANY remodeling project. You will not be disappointed!"

"Our house,built in 1944, needed many repairs: cracked exterior paint on the main house exterior boards, broken vinyl siding on the addition, back door stairs and landing displaced by tree roots posing a safety hazard, old and drafty windows. We wanted to have all these problems fixed by a professional and had other contractors come to give us their opinions and estimates over the course of last year, but Todor was the only one who carefully looked at all the issues, formulated a solution and made us confident that he is able do a good and reliable job. We had worked with Todor previously and found him to be relaxed, pleasant and very trustworthy in addition to a skilled professional. We consulted him from the beginning to the end pf the project. Todor had many good ideas that improved both the functionality and the beauty of the project.  For example he convinced us to use cement board to replace the broken vinyl exterior and he matched the color of the paint with that of the cement board so that the painted wood boards and the new cement boards are now almost identical and the house has more unity. He made extra effort to accommodate our wish to have more insulation under the exterior and under an overhang. In addition, whenever he found something unexpected, he showed us the problem and devised a solution.   <br /> The present project took place during the months of July and September, with an interruption due to the windows being delayed. Todor and his crew came on time every day and worked very hard, rain or shine. They took off the old brick and <br /> concrete steps, built a beautiful deck with two fixed benches, replaced vinyl siding, painted the rest of the house, and installed a huge patio door / 2 windows combo, other windows, exterior door and garage door. We are very happy with the results and the whole process, especially because we were hesitant about the details and were able to adjust them until the last moment. Todor?s work is characterized by an attention to small details of functionality, to future problems that he foresees and does prevent, to a stubbornness to do the things right, even with more effort. For example, he noticed that improper previous work had caused rotting of the boards around the exterior door and steps, and after replacing the boards he took a lot of care to properly install flushing around the deck, so that the water will have a good way to drain. We also noticed that he continuously teaches and corrects his crew. In conclusion, we are very happy with the results, will hire him again for future work and would confidently recommend him. <br />"

"We had a 750 sq foot elevated deck built by Joel and the building team led by Matt. Joel was fantastic to work with from his first visit, design proposal and quote. The building team led by Matt did extremely high quality work and were great to design with as the project progressed. They were very neat and hard working. "I cannot recommend Bigane Construction too highly!!  This was a difficult project, which spanned a period of three months--including the last month, during most of which my wife and I were living in the unit while construction was continuing.  The quality of the workmanship was far beyond our highest expectations.  The principal worker on the job, Lukasz, is a true artisan as well as a wonderful individual.  He was unfailingly helpful, was neat as could be, had great insights as to how best to do the work, and communicated with us constantly with regard to questions which would arise.  He also worked very closely with our kitchen and bathroom planner, to ensure that the actual work not only conformed to the drawings but to the planner's design vision as well.  Lukasz is a perfectionist, who insists on everything being absolutely correct.  He knows the kitchen and bath remodeling business inside and out.  The other workmen on the job which Bigane provided (including brick masons, plumbers, glass installers and painters) were equally professional.    Bill Bigane himself was always available when needed.  I feel that the overall fee was not excessive in the light of the work performed.  The resulting effort is a showpiece, of which we are extremely proud.  I hope to never again have to live through a remodeling--but if I did, Bigane would be the first people I would call."

"Service was Great! We called in the morning for a quote because we were tired of looking at our busted screen on our patio door (Our dog can’t see well and tends to think it’s open when it’s really not). Bob and his partner came a few hours later to pick up the door, and were back with the finished replaced screen within an hour! So glad to finally have a tight fitting screen in the door instead of our flappy busted old one! Would definitely hire them again!"
