"Red Mug Construction was by far the best experience with home remodeling that Iâ ve ever had in my life. The turn around time for this project was insane. We reached out at the beginning of the week, paid our deposit at the end of the week, materials were purchased over the weekend and they arrived at our home to start with the following Monday. Their staff was courteous, prompt and used the time efficiently. What could have been a months long ordeal was finished in about 10 days and they even showed up on Thanksgiving for a half dayâ s work! The shelves they put in are beautiful and match the rest of the wood work in the home as well, which my husband and I did not anticipate or expect as this is a storage roomâ but now itâ s beautiful enough for company! The quote on the project was fair and portioned out appropriately as well. No one tried to up charge us or convince us to do any features we werenâ t already interested, instead they just came up with ideas to increase efficiency within the home which was incredibly refreshing. I now have no interest whatsoever in working with anyone else for our home. We have 2 more design projects on the back burner and I know exactly who to call to handle them next year. "They were supposed to give a quote for the sunroom and there was a delay in getting the block windows. They did five block windows and two regular windows. Their getting back to me was not timely. I will use them next year, I just don't like the fact that they didn't get back to e about the sunroom, I don't know if they're stretched."

"We signed the contract to have a three season sunroom added to our house in April, then waited 3 months for the city to approve permits.  They started building the room in July, and it was finished in September,  There were only minor problems, and they fixed all of them at the end.  The only frustration I had was that I would have likaed more communication about when people were or weren't going to show up to work.  Overall, we are very happy with the room, and I would recommend this builder."

"Vendor Review process - Obtain 2 other quotes were thousands of dollars more than Albar.  Albar obtain great ratings from Angies, Checkbook and BBB. 
Design process - Albar Sales Consultant Moe could not be anymore patient during the design process which took months. Moe showed us all the options and gave us the pros and cons for each. He answers all questions, concerns and issues with complete courtesy even when additional adjustments were needed after the job was completed. He never place any pressure on us which made this an enjoyable process. 
Scheduling - time for installation was set in a  professional manner with our schedule in mind.
Installation - proceeded as scheduled (done in 3 days) and completed in the planned time frame. Joe and Martin were always on time, courteous and always kept the work area clean. The removal process was kept isolated and preform efficiently. The outside and inside framing around the windows, sliders and doors, which I was very concern about, were done to perfection. I was very happy with the aluminum framing and caulking on the outside which looked very professional. The inside trim was also beautifully done and matched our current style and color. 
Issues - were quickly addressed. An incorrect door style was handled by Moe to our satisfaction. A patio slider issue was initiated and followed up by Moe until the manufacturer had corrected the issue. 
In conclusion, I would highly recommend Albar for window and door installation. The Albar team is prompt, organized and truly there to offer the best service and support. I would always choose Albar.

"Our condo building was having roof leaks and Steve Case came out in Dec 2017 and gave us an estimate for a silcone roof. I was also getting quotes from 2 other companies. Due to the extremely cold weather and personal (on my part) scheduling conflicts, SPU did the work in mid-May. The guys (especially Greg) were very professional and punctual. Steve was very accommodating the whole time. The roof looks great and the price was affordable. I definitely recommend SPU!"

"First of all, let me start by saying that this was the first time that I have done a remodel.  When I made the big decisions about cabinets and floors, I was doing it from photos that I took.  So, when I signed the contract and John was ready to place orders, I had a moment of panic.  Do the cabinets REALLY go with the floors that I picked?  Did I just make a HUGE mistake in my choices.  Well, John was able to get me a cabinet sample pretty quickly so I could go back to the flooring store just to be sure that I was making the right choice.  He offered me a bit of advice during the process "Go with your first instinct."  He was right.  I went with all of my first choices and my place looks amazing.
I live in a high rise.  Anyone who lives in a high rise knows that there are rules about construction, scheduling elevators, and what can and cannot be done.  John was great in working with my building and not forcing me to deal with that headache.
The project was completed on time and on budget.  I am so excited about my improved space.
