"Inked Appliance Repair was amazing. The owner, Steve, was prompt, friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and efficient. After showing up on time, I showed him what we had previously discussed via email and he promptly got to work. Two of the three fixes were done pretty quickly, they would've taken me days. He told me what was going on with them and how he got them fixed and why he did what he did. As a homeowner, that's important to me. The third appliance, the chest freezer, couldn't be fixed and Steve didn't waste time trying things after he explained to me that it wasn't cost-effective to fix this type of freezer.
