"I remodeled my kitchen laundry and half bath. Drywall, Floors, Insulation, Electrical. Needed to get me to a blank canvas and I could take it from there. This was my 1st experience with EP Construction. I ended up contracting them for an open concept kitchen. I was looking over a year, trying directly through the Kitchen Designer stores and other general contractors their mark ups were too high. Efim's pricing came in reasonable. I ended up spending more than my original project quote, but it was expected because we did discuss the possibility of finding errors that needed to be corrected once the walls were opened up. Efim showed up almost everyday to check the progress of his men. He was available for calls/text when I had questions and he kept me informed or discussed problem and solution options for next stages of work. I was really impressed with the pride of work displayed by his lead Jerry and his tile person Victor. I would definitely recommend him and will be contacting Efim for future projects."
