"We hired Quintessential Renovations to remodel an old, run-down basement in a 100 year old house. Alex impressed us right away with his ideas for the project. It wasn't just us telling him what we wanted, but rather Alex actively building on our ideas and suggesting options. Quintessential was the second highest of four bids but we went with them because Alex conveyed to us, more than any other bidder, that he would have sufficient attention to detail and deliver a fully finished look.
