Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. "Initially we thought we had made a good choice in hiring David Vaughn to build a porch cover over our back patio. He was friendly, seemed knowledgeable. The project ended up taking about 6 months to complete which was longer than we were told. But because this was not in our living space we were flexible and allowing them to work on and off. Sometimes they wouldn't work for a week or two at a time. There were some issues with how well things were done through the project but David was responsive and would correct the problems. However after they were finished we realized that they left a section of the roof without underlayment or drip edge. David came back to see the problem and assured us that he would get it done correctly. But since then he has not honored his promise, has blocked our phone calls, when we called from our son's phone which he answered immediately, he assured us again that he would take care of the problem. And we haven't heard from him again. So I cannot recommend "
