"Ragsdale was able to work in an appointment for me with two day notice. My drain from the attic was completely clogged. This took a couple hours total and the work was completed at 8pm .. great service and the price was right .."

"Awesome as usual. I needed space to add a 1/2 bathroom... Ron converted me from a huge hot water heater to an outdoor tankless unit. I have contracted him many times for nearly a decade. He has repaired leaky copper pipes and even installed an irrigation pump for my outdoor sprinkler system."

"Angie Taylor contacted me from my "Angie's List" inquiry. She was polite and very helpful in answering all of my questions, especially about replacing the water heater. David Taylor and his son arrived early Saturday to work on all three projects. They took care of the first two, but had to return because they had a different water heater brand than I had asked for. When they returned Monday morning, they quickly and professionally completed the installation of the new water heater, and I was given a price break due to the delay. All three problems were properly repaired and the new gas water heater and new water pressure regulator are both working exceptionally well!"

"I have two septic tanks and they quoted $249 each over the phone. When they came out the pricing changed with add-ons to $950. I called the supervisor and the secretary and they changed the pricing back."
