This was a complex restoration, and R&R had to coordinate with the cabinet makers, countertop installers, and other subs during the almost 4-month job. "This is the second time I have used Brewer. I used them about 5 years ago when I had a new floor installed in the downstairs. The price aws good, we got exactly the product we wanted, and they were super flexable when scheduling. They got everything done in a timely manner and were very easy to work with. The one thing that was an issue is when one of the installers scratched the wall pretty good while moving furniture. They were very proactive in getting it fixed however, and were professional and responded fast to cooridnate a drywall person.Overall everything went well and I would reccomend them to anyone! "They were very prompt on giving us an estimate and came when they said they would. Once we accepted the estimate we scheduled the work about 2 - 3 weeks out. Once again they were very prompt in coming when they said they would. Once the damaged paneling was removed they found they had to replace the studs and insulation behind the wall. This was not part of the original estimate but was understandable since they couldn't see the damage until they removed the paneling. The extra work was done at a very reasonable price. They ended up buying less paneling than they originally thought they would so they lowered the price accordingly. They were also willing and able to use some materials we already had (drywall and wood for the studs that needed replacing). They did most of the work the first day but had to come back a second day to do the painting and texture the ceiling. They tried texturing the ceiling the first day but the material they used didn't work out. But rather than leave it that way, they removed what they used and came back the next with something else which worked out just fine. They also cleaned up after the first day which means we could use the room that night and not have to worry about our cats getting into anything. The new wall and ceiling look great! Having our speaker wire above the ceiling looks a lot better also. They dropped the wire down from the ceiling as close as they could to where we wanted it. They couldn't put it exactly where we wanted it due to now the house was constructed. But we are very happy with the results and would have no problem working with them again."

"While one of the gentlemen, Max, had advised patrons not to park near the sidewalk due to the fact that they would most likely have debris on their car, many of them parked there anyway.  Like Max had suspected, the side of the cars were eventually covered with dirty water from the pressure washing they were hired to do.  Although, I'm positive that the contract and duties of the job did not include wiping down cars on the sidewalk, Max went above and beyond and took it upon himself to make sure that the cars were as clean, if not cleaner, than when they got there.  I found it incredibly rare that an employee would do such a thing but even more impressive that he did so even after he advised them not to park there.  This simple act of kindness and utmost professional behavior will cause Indiana Restoration to forever resonate in my mind, in an incredibly impressive manner.  I hope the owners appreciate what an outstanding employee they have working with their customers and do their best to replicate his characteristics within the rest of their staff.

"Our home was built in 1992 and had the original front and service door and patio door. We had steel and definitely didn't want another steel. They have an Amish door line that we really liked. It's fiberglass but the look is like real wood. It's very nice, operates perfect. The lock is very unique. I like the look. We choose a fiberglass door painted for the service door. Mark recommended a door that swings out (so it can't be kicked in) which was a design change. We thought that was a good idea so we took his recommendation. The patio door we had was a 15 year old Pella that didn't work even when it was new. Our new sliding door has blinds between the glass. It's super smooth and locks in three places. Our home has the original wood windows. All 18 windows are double hungs, some were very large. We considered vinyl, but our wood is stained inside and the fake wood and the vinyl didn't look right. Our original windows were Andersen and we thought we would do those again, but we ended up doing Legacy's Amish wood line. It ended up being less than Andersen, with a better warranty and the wood is oak on the inside. My husband loved that. Furniture grade Amish finish. Just fantastic look. We couldn't do all the windows at once and Mark gave us a written guarantee to do the rest at the same price we bought the first 12! Great company to work with. James and his helper put everything in and did a great job. With the wood windows that was some trim work and it took a few days. They worked everyday until it was done. They put tarps down inside and outside and cleaned everything up very nicely. They even vacuumed around the doors inside! Legacy is honest and do what they say they are going to do. I will use them again and recommend them anyone who needs new windows or doors."

"Steve and Nick came today and showed up on time and got the job completed in one full day. Don't be concerned about the few reviews that have been written about this company, any additional handymen projects in the future that I have will be completed by Steve and one of his men. I had painted the vinyl composite boards before hand and he also touched up the paint where the nail holes were when he installed my new boards. I highly recommend this company."

"We had a fire to our home on 8/18/2014 .Thankfully no one was hurt, but our home was severally damaged and deemed unlivable. I contacted R&M that same night , they came over immediately . The next morning they  assisted with contacting  my insurance company . They started right away with temp repairs to prevent further damages. The insurance adjuster came out the same day , R&M assisted with the entire inspection making the process as painless as possible for us under the circumstance . After getting the approval to move forward , they began to tear out damaged walls and flooring and began to dry out several areas of my home. They cleaned and packed all of our personal items and took record of and disposed of any items that were non repairable requesting that we be compensated . My family is now living in a hotel as the build back process begins .It's exciting to see progress and choose new materials and colors and to know that we will be back home soon . I know we are in good hands with Ron, Jessica, and their company . I will keep you posted !
