"I called Superior Power and Lighting because I had a power issue with outlets not working in my garage. No tripped breakers in my panel and everything else working in the house that I knew of. I was worried about possible damage from mice and was concerned about electrical hazards if this was the case. I called and spoke to David and asked if he could send a tech to my home even though it was after hours and would be charged for an emergency call . Instead of just saying yes and sending a tech out, David took the time to ask me questions and run through simple items to check that could be causing my problem. To preface the story, I am very hands on and do a lot of my own work around the house and I do not consider myself as a novice when it comes to electrical wiring or other things. David was able to identify the problem for me (turned out to be a tripped GFCI outlet in a bathroom that was wired with my garage outlets....wow....and I was all squared away. It s great to find people like this in business! I will always call them for future electrical needs and I highly recommend giving them a call if you also need electrical work done. **Residence is in New Hudson, MI"

"We needed 4 ceiling fans installed. I had no true knowledge of the process but thanks to Derek and his team I'm more informed. Derek was patient and gave me advisement based on the photos I sent. With the Pandemic, I was not sure when his team would be able to do the job, but I was in for a pleasant surprise. I called Wednesday and he scheduled for the following day. His team was on time and definitely went the extra mile. At these trying times, when everyone's patience is short, his team could not have been more professional and kind. They even checked on another issue that wasn't even on the books. Alan was thorough and determined to troubleshoot. Its so hard to find good customer service but his team was exceptional. I was so pleased with the job, I was disappointed to hear that they don't offer other services besides electric. Sweetwater will be my goto for all my electrical needs. "Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. He was very patient, If I had any questions no matter how many he would answer them. I then met my project manager Brian he was awesome as well! If there were any questions or concerns he would answere them with no problem, if there was any problems he would have them resolved quickly. I loved the fact they are really sincere, after signing the contract some companies tend to ignore you and your concerns not Extreme Exteriors they were very professional and stuck to their word. "Todd Morrissey gave me a quote by email after I emailed him with dimensions and photos of the powder room.  The work included the removal of the old flooring and toilet and installation of the new flooring that we provided along with the reinstall of the toilet.  The quote was reasonable for the work that needed to be done.  Todd gave me a date for installation based upon my availability.  Todd and his helper Dave showed up on time and finished the job in one day.  We are pleased with the results."
