With the Pandemic, I was not sure when his team would be able to do the job, but I was in for a pleasant surprise. I called Wednesday and he scheduled for the following day. His team was on time and definitely went the extra mile. At these trying times, when everyone's patience is short, his team could not have been more professional and kind. They even checked on another issue that wasn't even on the books. Alan was thorough and determined to troubleshoot. Its so hard to find good customer service but his team was exceptional. "Todd Morrissey gave me a quote by email after I emailed him with dimensions and photos of the powder room.  The work included the removal of the old flooring and toilet and installation of the new flooring that we provided along with the reinstall of the toilet.  The quote was reasonable for the work that needed to be done.  Todd gave me a date for installation based upon my availability.  Todd and his helper Dave showed up on time and finished the job in one day.  We are pleased with the results."
