Thatâ s the only thing Iâ d mark them down on: communication while waiting. Installation team was good and cleaned the area well. Very happy with the results."

"Seemed professional and well prepared with structural questions and concerns. Price was about 30 percent more than a price I was given last summer by another contractor we have used and liked. He wasn't available. A 35-40 thousand dollar addition seems to add about half the cost in value to home. My research indicates it takes a few years to capture that value. Patio work would also be required. More cost. A lot to consider, since we won't be here long term. Haven't 100 percent ruled it out. It's a budget issue."
